In October we sent our new team members to Austria for the A.M.I Educational Training Days. A.M.I.’s Product Management Team led comprehensive training sessions covering fundamental medical principles and key disciplines in Urology, Urogynecology, and Coloproctology. Through detailed presentations and practical hands-on exercises, participants acquired an extensive understanding of our A.M.I. products.
Thomas Waters commented 'It was an excellent experience to really get to know our partners at A.M.I. I enjoyed learning more about the companies ethos and ideals and of course, getting in-depth, hands on training with the products. The course has made me more confident with A.M.I products and helped build bridges with the team and knowing there is an expert to reach out to if needed is a great boost.
A.M.I were great hosts, with interactive sessions and enjoyable social events in the evening where we could speak with other partners from around the world'.
Jamie Munro Commented 'We had a fantastic week in Feldkirch. The training was extremely helpful and has already been carried into my day to day working life. In particular enjoyed the practical element. On top of it all the setting was spectacular and the trainers very friendly and supportive.
Dining at the top of the mountain is also an experience I will never forget'.

Ruby is now on Annual Leave and returned from AMI Austria having thoroughly enjoyed the training course. The time away facilitated Ruby meeting and getting to know the new CJM sales team members which will support the team and customer communication. Ruby will be supporting Phoebe with Marketing tasks and some UK exhibitions next year and the AMI training will be a major benefit when meeting new Surgeons or new customers or supporting events in the field. Ruby has been very complimentary of all AMI staff and very much feels part of an International Family. Ruby passes on her best to all and a big thank you to AMI for the excellent training course.
Ben Taylor Commented 'During the event, we received an in-depth overview of A.M.I’s products and the most effective ways to promote them, as well as hands-on training that reenacted real-life scenarios in surgical theatres.
